Doing What I Love...

THE CONNECTION.

Every appointment is customized to address your unique needs and expectations, with a meticulous focus on actively listening to your input and closely observing your body's responses. The harmonious connection of mind, body, and spirit is achieved through the seamless integration of intention, movement, and breathwork. This union enables the body to attain deep relaxation, releasing tension accumulated within the muscles.

THE EFFECT.

Bodywork goes beyond mere muscle relaxation; it exerts a gentle yet comprehensive positive influence on the entire body. Massage, in particular, aids in realigning muscle fibers, promoting an enhanced sense of balance and symmetry. As a result, you may experience relief from pain, tension, and soreness, fostering a more harmonious state of well-being.

THE RELIEF.

Regular bodywork incorporating techniques like trigger point release, myofascial release, and stretching can gently reposition your muscle fibers. Throughout the treatment, there is a focus on integrating breathwork and intention, offering a holistic reset for the muscle tissue. Clients frequently describe experiencing a deep sense of physical, emotional, and spiritual relaxation following these sessions.

Let's get you back to doing what YOU love!

My Journey...

My name is Jess Thomas and I take great pride in being the owner of Ripple Effect Bodyworks, located in Golden, CO. As a seasoned massage therapist, I've had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from 5 to 98 years old. I prioritize safety and effectiveness by customizing each client's experience based on their age and needs, reflecting my commitment to delivering top-quality care.

My integrated style of bodywork is a blend of my prior knowledge from the physical therapy world and my advanced certifications/training in various medical massage therapeutics. My expertise in neuromuscular, deep tissue, and Swedish Massage led me to specialize in medical massage, with a focus on complex medical conditions. I hold advanced certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Lymphedema, and Oncology Massage. Annually, I invest a minimum of 50 hours in continuing education to maintain industry-leading techniques.

At Ripple Effect Bodyworks, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every client by listening closely to their specific requirements and considering their medical history to design sessions that promote tranquility, allowing their bodies to realign and heal. In this sacred space, we temporarily set aside the demands of daily life, prioritizing the well-being and recovery of each individual.

OUTSIDE MY STUDIO.

When I am not in my studio, you will find me exploring new adventures in the mountains with my hubby and two happy doggos. I truly love hiking, mountain biking, climbing 14ers and skiing/snowboarding. Whenever time allows, I love to travel, learn about new cultures, and discover new experiences. In my down time, I love to sit by the river, listen to the sound of the water and read a book. One of my favorite ways to “fill my own jar” is cooking delicious food for my family and friends while listening to my favorite music. (You may even catch me rocking a few dance moves as well!)

If you happen to cross my path, I’m known to give out some pretty solid HIGH FIVES!

Cheers!
