Also, there simply are stretches you are not able to perform without two other hands providing the correct angle, pressure, and feedback.
What is the best choice of clothing when attending a Stretching Session?

These sessions are performed with the client fully clothed.​

Any type of clothing that is super comfortable, stretchy, and not bulky. The type of clothing you would wear to a yoga class or to workout at the gym would be great for your session.
What can I expect during my Stretching Session? Am I going to be actively participating or will I just relax on the table?

Throughout the session, you will be an active participant.

There will be times that are extremely relaxing where you will focus on your breath work and deep breathing.

You will need to contract and relax isolated muscles to promote a deeper neurological stretch to gain more flexibility within a specific joint.
